Any help on indentifying this chicken claw sugar tong would be most appreciated! The mark sort of looks like a side profile of a head facing right. Thank you!

Photos aren't very clear on my monitor, looks like they might be by Mt. Vernon in, perhaps, the Sulgrave pattern.
