Help with Maker's Mark Please

Hello. This Platter measures approx. 11 in. diameter.
I can't find this mark anywhere in my research.
I appreciate any information.

This mark is sometimes attributed to Bill deMatteo, but it is not his mark - please see this post: viewtopic.php?t=15455
