Silver spoon found in yard

I found this spoon in my yard. I would like some help identifying it.

Thank you for fixing the photos.

I did look at the Gorham marks because of the lion and anchor but being a neophyte I still couldn't figure the date or name which is why I came to the experts.

I believe your pattern is "Martha Washington" introduced in 1907.
