i think this is American, dont know who the maker is

Hi, I think this hand mirror is American but im not completely sure as i dont know who this maker may be, it also has sterling 925 fine and also Pat... June 9 1903
any help would be grateful

Look at Unger Brothers. Your picture is not that sharp but based on the picture that is my guess.
