Hi,
Help needed with maker on these pretty little serving tongs 12 cm long.
Think maybe USA as a couple of items bought with them are and a family collection Thought maybe International Silver Co
but the maker mark not quite the same as examples I have seen.

Bob,
International seems like a possibility but Wilcox & Evertsen is also similar. Know nothing about them just looking at their mark on another site.
Hope this helps
Warren

Wilcox & Evertsen became a division of International Silver in 1898 - your individual asparagus tongs are in their Florence pattern, introduced in 1903.

Hi Cheryl.
Thanks for the info,
Nice to get a definite attribution.
This is out of my usual collecting zone.
They are a lovely item, what would they be used
to serve? Look too small for Asparagus.

They're an individual place piece rather than serving, used instead of one's fingers to hold a spear of asparagus...

Hi,
thanks to both Warren & Cheryl for their input.
Always a big plus to ascertain a definite maker etc.
Am looking at this US era with interest now.
Some really nice items out there.
