Not sure if sterling, never seen this mark

So I want to buy a little piece, but we need to know if it's Sterling silver!

He's done some magnet tests and it passed, but still... I don't know much about these things, but I've searched as best I could!

Have you seen these marks before?

Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

Well, they are not the best of images, but check out the British hallmark pages to see if you can find a match: http://www.925-1000.com/british_marks.html

Nothing seems to match it. :( The pictures are bad, I'll see if I can get a clearer one. However from this one I can see what looks like a person, a castle/house or something, and a flower? I'm working off the same pictures, haven't seen it in person yet! Haha

I may be blind but the marks appear to be backwards. For example the far right appears to be a Birmingham anchor. Next is a duty mark, followed by a lion Passant. The lower case N would be 1912. In the days of film the slide would be turned around but how is that possible today? You are using a digital camera correct?
