Small spoon w/gold wash-no idea-sterling

My first post, hopefully goes well. This small spoon was called a sugar spoon, not sure. Have not been able to decipher the marks, though I have come close, but no banana. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Silver is a whole new concept for us. Thank You

Look like a salt or master salt spoon. The pattern is Newcastle ca 1895.
