Wendell Mfg. Co. of Chicago, IL. According to Rainwater, ceased production of flatware around 1900.

Hi. The pattern name of your gorgeous piece is Emperor. If you are collecting this you can fill in with sterling by Mauser. They called this pattern Emperor also. I have several pieces by Wendell and the Replacements Ltd. website has this discontinued as of 1875. It is collectable and apparently was popular back in the late 1800's.
