Need help with mark on Sterling Dish

I picked up this dish in a lot of assorted sterling recently and can't find the hallmark. I looks similar to the Redlich mark, but doesn't quite match any of the examples I've seen. Any help is appreciated.

Would appear to be the mark of The Merrill Shops (est. 1893), based in NY, NY.
