Unknown Hallmark, Need Help

This hallmark was found on two different napkin rings. Looks like something from the arts and craft period. I have looked high and low and can't figure this one out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your question cannot be answered without the required images.
How to Add Images Embedded images get a far greater response than just posting links.
Remember to use the 'Preview' button before submitting your post. Do not use Photobucket links as there is a problem viewing them.
