These marks appear on the sterling silver that is part of this vanity case.

Can anyone help me identify the maker?

I'm not sure about this but it might be the Archibald-Klement Company located in Newark, New Jersey.

I would tend to agree. The mark, while not alike, is so similar as to suggest a variation of the mark shown in Rainwater.

However, while flicking through Rainwater, I came across the mark for Kraus, McKeever & Adams. They were NY silversmiths, and the reason I bring this up is because their mark is exactly the same shape as that in the photo, except there is an Mc in place of the A and a A in place of the Co. Perhaps McKeever left and the mark was adjusted for just Kraus & Adams? However, this is just ideal speculation, but I invite other members to examine their copy of Rainwater and comment.
