Could someone please tell me what this Tiffany's Cup is?

Hi

I assume that an insert is missing in the cup. Was it glass or porcelain?

I have dated it as about 1915. Sound about right?

Is it for espresso / tea?

Any information on this item would be greatly appreciated.

The item is a demitasse cup holder, which would have had a porcelain lining and was used for coffee or sometimes hot chocolate. The pattern number of your piece, which is the number located on the left side, dates the piece to 1914.
