Does anyone know anything about these pieces? They appear to be a small laddle and perhaps a sugar spoon, They are beautiful, but I know nothing more than the fact that my mother owned them. Any help in identifing them would be greatly appreciated.

Towle's No. 128, introduced in 1880, not a full-line pattern.
