I have been looking all over but cant recognise this mark

Item must be marked "Sterling" or "925"

A silver slice and spoon set it has stirling on the handle and Pat.1874 then down where the handle meets the bowl a lion? with a W in a circle any help would be appreciated .... Cheers Shane

oh well thats clicked me out of the mindset that stirling was only british ... thanks ever so much for the help ...
