Please help identify this picher.

Hi, I am new her and new on sterling silver. I boughr this water picher and I can't figure out who is the maker or even the country of origem. Please help.
The hallmark have a letter U, a picture (to me looks like a "flor-de-lis" in a shield) and a letter S.

Hi Brausaak,

Certainly no Dutch hallmarks. The word Sterling could be an indication the marks are American.
