Footed Beaded Bowl Help with Hallmark

Does anyone recognize this hallmark. This is on a footed bowl, fairly large 8" by 4" high and weights approx 17 ounces. I am certain it is silver, no other hallmarks than the makers mark. Possibly coin? Canadian? Any help would be appreciated.
