Need help with maker of sherbet/dessert cups

I have a set of 8 sherbet / dessert cups that I need help identifying the manufacturer.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated!

They are 5" wide and 3 1/4" long, and the stands have 3 markings:
925 (inside an oval) then O (empty circle) then 1907 (inside a diamond)
STERLING
s.6631

It looks like your mark may also have a year of manufacture.
