Could not find this hallmark, whose is it?

Secondly, is this type of spoon just for grapefruit, or can they be considered as ice cream and/or iced tea spoons?
Any comment would be appreciated.

Blackinton's Alden pattern (Design Patent #D39834), if they're about 7-1/2" to 8" long, then I'd guess lemonade/iced tea spoons.
