Meriden bowl marked WB135. Any design/age significance?

Item must be marked "Sterling" or "925"

Meriden bowl marked WB135. Any design/age significance?

I would appreciate comments as to whether the mark WB135 has implications as to a designer at Meriden or as to the date the bowl was made. I can't find any information. Is it also significant that there is no M between the "wings" as to whether this was pre or post acquisition by IS? Thank you.
