Baker Manchester Mark?

Hi, I'm new here- and new to identifying silver marks. I think the piece illustrated below is made by Baker Manchester Mfg. Co. but I'm not sure. Can anyone identify it for me?

Manchester Silver Co.'s Southern Rose pattern, introduced in 1933.
