US STERLING 3 LEG CREAMER MARKED -W- NEED HELP WITH MAKER ID

Postby phillone » Sat Apr 25, 2009 3:16 pm

I have a gorgeous orphan creamer from mid to late 19th century and I've come up empty with my research to identify the maker's mark. Anybody recognize the Hall Mark?

Bottom is marked: STERLING and underneath ----- W------

I'm trying to learn who is the maker, what years were they in business and where were they located?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks-phillone
