Can anyone identify this Hallmark? and pattern?

This is the hallmark on a butter pick of an an unknown pattern.

Hope this would help. The mark appears to be open wings with an anchor. I have gone thru Raintree's book twice with no success.

Hello.
Believe that mark was used by the Eagle Sterling Company, Glastonbury, Connecticut (1894-1904).
Successor to W.L. & H.E. Pitkin.

My sincerest apologies to Dorothy Rainwater. The hallmark in her book was a bit more elaborate.
Now if someone could identify the pattern, that would be super.
