Need help identifying sterling tea/coffee set hallmark

Hello,
I need help in identifying this sterling tea/coffee service. I've looked at this site and other sites and can't seem to find this hallmark. The mark consists of a "B" in a shield below a crown. It is marked Sterling 815.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
