Can someone identify the maker of this spoon? Pattern? The case is S. Kind & Sons. Thanks.

I just figured out that the case is not what came with the spoons, so it may not have come from S. Kind & Sons. faith

Lunt (Rogers, Lunt & Bowlen), Monticello pattern, introduced in 1908.
