Silver Art Nouveau bowl

Looking for origins of this mark. Appears to be a stag's head and the initals "R.W. & S" The bowl is approx. 10.5" in diameter.

Thanks Pat. That explains why I could not find it. I am new at this and assumed wrongly that my dish was european.
