Help with date, Makers and country of this footed bowl

I recently found this footed bowl in sterling. But I can't find anything on the makers mark, country and the the date. I supouse it is a Alphonse Lapaglia, but Im not sure. Can anyone hlep with the maker, country an approx date?

That's a mark that many of us have puzzled over, but can pretty safely assume that it's mid 20th century American, a contemporary of LaPaglia, Meyer, DeMatteo, etc.
