Help with date, Makers and country of this sterling box

Hi
I recently found this box in sterling, crystal and enamel. But I can't find anything on the makers mark, country and the the date. Can anyone hlep with the maker, country an approx date?

If I should guess - my guess would be Norway. but i dont know the marks. The light blue - and the look of marks.

But remember - guessing.

Made by Thomae Company of Attleboro, Mass. Some very nice enamel work was produced in the U.S. too. ;-) Have always suspected that this mark was used prior to 1920 when the company was a division of Watson (they used a similar mark with an Old English style "W" rather than "T"). Most likely dates to right around 1920, give or take a few years either way. The glass looks like it might be by a manufacturer like Cambridge, Fostoria, Duncan, etc.
