I couldn't find this mark anywhere. Anyone have any idea?

Hello Howie.

That mark was used by Henry C. Haskell of New York City until about 1915.
Henry C. Haskell may have been working before 1896.

Henry C Haskell was born in Massachusetts in about 1835.

Henry is in the 1875 New York City Directory listed as a jeweler at 25 Maiden Ln. In 1876 he is listed at 12 John.
