Unknown mark: NP Co on sliver bookmark

Here is yet another hallmark that I can't identify. It looks very similar to Pryor Manufacturing Co but that one uses the letter M, not N so I am unsure.

I believe that is the Prior Manufacturing Company mark.
Not sure if that's supposed to be an "N" or "M".
