Watson of Attleboro, MA another mark and date?

Here is another Watson &co piece, I think. The mark is quite different and I've not a clue as to the date. The tray it is on is pierced work along the edge and quite nice. Here are the pics:






Can anyone verify that this is a Watson Co. of Attelboro mark and give any idea of the date? As always, thank you very much for all!
