1920 Woodside Sterling Tray but looks like LaPaglia style?

I believe this is a Woodside Sterling Tray, pre 1920, but it reminds me of an Alphonse LaPaglia style. Comments? Is it not Woodside? Is it later? It is 16" across. Thanks!

I always thought that this style was a copy of a Georg Jensen original. And that many American manufacturers made their versions. I have a Mexican Tea Set in this motif.

I guess this is Woodside's version of Jensen's Blossom pattern or is there another Jensen pattern like this?
