Help Identifing Markings on Spoon, please

Postby KarenB » Mon Sep 19, 2005 1:20 pm

I came across this spoon in a box of aution items I won. The spoon measures 5 inches and has a very open and intercate floral pattern on the handle that tines down to the bowl of the spoon with a large leaf just before the bowl of the spoon. The spoon of the bowl has been engraved Carleton Mich so I am assuming this is a souvenir spoon.

The back of the spoon is marked with a capital P in a heart; a capital S (and what looks like a lower case tiny T) in a heart; and a capital B in a heart. Next to those letters (in their hearts) it is stamped STERLING.

Thank you in advance for any info.
