Need help with this mark-looks Danish, but no hallmarks

I have this beautiful ladle but I don't recognize the mark.
It looks Danish but is probably more from the US Arts & Crafts period.

Don't believe I'd consider it American Arts & Crafts, it's Frank Smith's Scandinavian-inspired Woodlily pattern, introduced in 1945.
