This Snuffer was in a Gorham Bag. I don't think it is Gorham

This Candle Snuffer was in a Gorham Felt Bag but I have been unable to find this mark listed under anything published about Gorham. I have spent to many hours trying to figure this out. Can Anyone Help!!

Silverplate made by Gerity Products of Toledo, OH. Can remember these being sold in dept stores in the 1970s-80s.
