Hello Charles.
At one time we did have that mark in our silverplate section section.
Can't find it now. Maybe Tom can replace it.

Norton & White, Birmingham, England.
In business at least from 1883 to 1910.

The British Registry number, 256195, dates to 1895 I believe. Check here:
