Looks like a tea caddy spoon the marks are not clear enough to distinguish between silver and plate

Hi,

It is not clear from the photo, but does it rest on 3 legs?
I have a similar aluminum one with holes in it and I use(d) it to poach eggs.

This spoon only has 2 "legs" or prongs coming off the bowl and thats it.

Try to repost pics with a close-up of the marks and if possible out of the plastic.
thanks

Although I am not sure of the pattern, I did find that R&B only as far as I can tell, Make either stainless or plate.
Good Luck
