To solve the mystery: is it silver? who's manufacturer?

Any help in solving this mystery would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!!!!

I have gorgeous 6 spoons...however, the markers on the back are very strange...I did some research through the websites, books and forums and cannot find any references that can be closely match the markings...I do have pictures of these markers...but I do my best to describe them just in case...
On the first block: symbol close to letter 'A', letter T, MAY 2.99;
On second block: symbol like German CROSS, letter W and R, and symbol like this one\_/...Does anyone knows what is it?...Is it silver? And who's manufacturer? Thank you very much, Rachel
