Basket hallmark info needed K S

I Have a Silver basket that I cannot find any info on the maker mark. I thought it was made by Keystone but the mark doesnt match any that I've found. The basket is 9" tall and weighs just over a half a pound. The details on the outside of the basket has some details of men and women holding cups or mugs with castles and windmills in the background. Funny part is, is that I have a larger basket made by E.G.Webster & Son that has the exact people on them with different background. I'd like to find out about this piece. If I should keep it or pitch it. Any info would be great. Webster info would be cool too. I hope the pictures make it on. I had trouble getting them on. Thanks.
