Silver spoon with unidentified hallmarks

I was hoping someone could tell me a bit about this spoon. It used to be my grandmother's. It might be Dutch or Spanish, but I don't have a clue. I have been searching the web for these hallmarks but I can't find anything about them. We've got six spoons and six forks.
The inscription says; S.J.u Co. 100 AL PACCA and then those two hallmarks. At least that's what I make of it.

Thanks already!

Hi Nathalie,

Alpacca or Alpaca is a copper-zink-nickel alloy.
It is widely used as a silver substitute, the also call it "neu-silber" in Germany.
When I was trained as a gold-silver smith in Schoonhoven, we used it alot to practise with.

I think that is what you have there (the colour of the spoon seems to confirm that).
