identification hallmark and date cake server

Can anyone help with the hallmarks please?
There is one in the golden area, some figure and Dfres and one in the handle part
some 8 and 0 i suppose it must be 800.
I find it a beautiful piece, but would like some more about it about date, country, maker
if possible.

Hi,
Looks to be from the late 19th century, I can't see the maker's mark well, but the fact that you are from Belgium makes Delheid Freres of Brussels one possibility.

I don't know Delheid with such a hallmark, only the D with a snake on top or under, and than with another hallmark A2 or so, but never seen this. Perhaps you can see it better on this picture,but it is difficult to photograph

here a picture of the backside and the handle where the hallmark 8 and 0 must be 800 I suppose in is, but impossible to photograph!
