English Mark, I could sure use some help....

Hello! I thought this was beautiful, and unique - but I didn't want it to be so unique I couldn't identify it.

Can anyone tell me what company made this? It's one of a set of two. Thank you so much!

Checked my books, but could not find that exact mark. Looks like JE&S to me.
From the style of the mark I would guess it to date after about 1920.

Only found one JE&S mark in my books. However, it looks different than yours.
Joseph Elliott (or maybe Elliot) & Sons, Sheffield, England.
Founded ca.1795. Might still be in business today.
Not sure about this, but maybe your mark is a newer version than the one in my books.
