James Dixon & Sons - the "s" stands for "sons"

The sideways EP in the circle stands for "electroplate", indicating that the toast rack is silverplate.

Jas. Dixon & Sons was in business in Sheffield, England from 1835 to 1976. The trumpet and banner mark was a trade mark of Dixon used after 1879.
