Need help with silverplate footed mustard pot marks

I can't decipher the mark and will leave it to the experts for assistance. The bottom is also stamped Made In England and Mounts Silver Filled. What does the latter stamp mean? Also any idea on age, this piece appears to be somewhat older than the others I have posted. Thanks again.

In Dorothy Rainwater's book "Encyclopedia of American Silver Manufacturers" this mark is attributed to the Ellis-Barker Silver Companies. In great Britain they are known as Barker Ellis of Birmingham. They did have an American branch in New York City.
They used many different marks on items sold in the US. Don't know for sure when they used this mark, sometime in the 20th century.
This mark was used on silverplated holloware.

Forgot to respond to your "Mounts Silver Filled" question.
Mounts are applied borders, as is around the rim of your piece. By themselves, these hollow stampings had little strength. They were usually thin silver filled with another metal to give additional support.

I've seen pieces marked "White Metal Mounts" , but I'm not sure if "Mounts Silver Filled" means they are solid silver.
Maybe someone else can clarify this for both of us.
