makers mark on tilting teapot

Hello, welcome to the Forum. A little bigger/enlargement of the makers marks could better confirm the information we can give you. Is the lettering "CSC"? The crown pictorial mark may indicate it should be. "Crown Silver Co" could be the maker. Silvercollection.it offers the dates for the company as circa 1935-1950 though perhaps the look of the teapot suggests a bit earlier date to me. I am sure there will be better dating known for the "CSC" firm available.
