I came across this silver(plate?) tea set for sale online. I am trying to determine whether it is sterling or silverplate. I have tried to research the hallmark to no avail. Images are attached.

That is the silver plate trademark for the Crown Silver Company (with the initials "CSC" in the small shield-shaped elements below the crown) of Brookline in Massachusetts. The company was founded in the mid-1930s, and survived through to about 1950. Not sterling - sorry.
