Stumped by marks on this cake knife

Hi everyone

I hope you can help. The marks on this item have stumped me. After hours of searching, I cannot find any of the three marks used on this cake knife. I assume it is German silver plate, from the 90 stamp. The maker's name is in script, but I cannot decipher the script. Furthermore, the peacock mark does not show up in any search (it could be a bunch of grapes), or the crossed swords stamp on the blade, or what looks like a royal crest with the 1730 date.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, what you have here is a knife to cut a certain cake, a specialty originally from Dresden, Germany. See here
https://www.dresdner-stollenmesser.com/
for an explanation, though in German. The maker of the version in silver was (and possibly still is) Koch and Bergfeld from Bremen, as to the plated version - no clue. The marks are fantasy marks used to the best of my knowledge only here, Regards Bahner
