Russian ? silver ?

This small can has no Russian marks but a shield and a cyrillic inscription. From what country does it come and what means the inscription? I doubt if it is silver.

серебр(яный) бордюр is generic mark used to indicate quality and also for prevention of fraudulent actions (adding fake marks and selling silver plated items as solid silve). The mark in the shield is unknown to me.
His peak production was in 1840s. It is claimed elsewhere that he used thin silver sheets on copper (similar to Sheffield plate).
Not sure about electro silverplating at the time when it was still in experimental stage of develpment.

Thanks all for your answers, especially Mart who I think found the maker: Ivan KSIMANTOVSKY who made plated articles. The initials in the shield are IK.
@Mart: Did you see the shield with IK on other items from Ksimantovsky? Is it his maker's mark? What do the last two words mean in cyrillic? The last I know means silver.

The brand is "ФIК" , where «Ф» (F) is a Factory. The Kcimantovsky factory. Silvering is not really my topic, but I have seen such marks «ФIК». And he had other brands. It is ok.
I think that the years of creation of this product are approximately 1844-1852. Maybe a little earlier. There is a small chance that Ivan started the business in the city of Rzhev, from where he arrived in Moscow, but this is unlikely.
