I purchased this in the Netherlands from a seller near Germany who thought it was silver. Base may be but not sure about top 2 pieces of this cocktail shaker. looks like a 13, an 8 in a circle an image (guild?) and something I can't make out.
Help appreciated!
Can anyone help with these dutch markings?

Hi, welcome to the forum. Art Deco cocktail shaker. Please embedded your images as most of our members do not click on links.

These marks are not Dutch, perhaps German. Probably silver plated, the mark in the middle looks like a bird's head. To know for sure solid silver or not I suggest you have it tested.
