Anybody can help me with this strange design teaset mark??

As you can see it is a bicephalic eagle with the letter WB and C above and A and II below. I did not find this mark anywhere. I suposed it was russian (bicephalic eagle with a crown, but it is not). The handles are made of rattan, I suppose they are dated from early 1900´s, late 1800´s. Any info is very wellcome!! Thanks, Carla

Hello, this is Polish plate, ca. 1900/1920. Maker is probably W. Bienkowski from Warszawa, the A II is for the second highest quality of plating, 36 cl. is for 36 Centiliter (that is how much liquid fits into one of the objects displayed, less than a tenth of a gallon- the small one, for milk ?).
