I think this is solid silver, but since I am not positive I am posting here in the silverplate area. It's hard to see the marks well. I hope somebody can help. Thanks!

Invert your direction and Mark 1 on left looks like Gothic letter. Mark 2 destroyed. Mark 3 could be Crowned letter. But all of this might just be false photo effects, as the placement would seem a bit odd.
